Use for chicken pox and shingles (to relieve itching), insect bites, hives, sore muscles (as a massage ointment), Prickly heat Rashes, Rheumatism, Neuropathy (tingling in feet) sciatica, sinus problems and much more.(Similar to Vicks) Net-140gm
