🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead the Floor: Work closely with our team of 4 mechanics to hit daily targets and keep jobs moving in a timely manner.

Customer & Rep Relations: Greet customers, converse with sales reps, and manage phone bookings with a professional, friendly attitude.

The Essentials: Handle quoting, invoicing, ordering parts, and managing workshop stock and consumables.

Business Growth: Partner directly with the owner to streamline operations and look at new ways to improve sales.

💼 What We’re Looking For:
Experience is a MUST: You must have proven experience in a similar workshop management, controller, or senior service advisor role.

Mechanical Background: Highly beneficial! If you know the trade inside out, you’ll earn immediate respect on the floor.

Tech Savvy: If you already know your way around Mechanic Desk, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

Target-Driven: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the satisfaction of a smooth, efficient workshop.

Tyabb Automotives little mechanic has been reading like a champion to support the MS readathon for the second year in a row.

Steve and Bianca’s daughter has been learning to read in prep this year and making huge strides every day. Help support her in her reading along with those who live with MS. This is a condition close to our hearts and your support can make all the difference.

Polly has raised $857 with a goal of $1000 and she has read 125 books with a goal of 150. She’s so close to hitting all her goals.

At Tyabb Automotive Steve and Bianca’s daughter Polly has signed up for the MS readathon.
We have someone very dear to us who struggles with MS every day and we want to support the MS community any way we can.
