Well friends, as you can see from pictures, life has been tough over here😉Food markets are everywhere and my intermittent fasting diet has gone out the window. I just chucked my mom’s scale under a desk out of my sight. While mom is still in icu(stable), the scale also screams at me saying I see you😄
People here are so lovely and kind, they often bring me a little of something they grow in their backyard. Country life is so simple and beautiful.
Interesting fact is that south of Thailand only have 2 seasons, hot and rainy and we have both seasons in one day almost every day. And when it rains, locals would know to not go near waterfalls because flash floods could happen, so i haven’t got a chance to enjoy the waterfall just yet.

So guys this is where I came from( if you ever wonder😄)
Nakhon Si Thammarat about 800 kms south of Bangkok.
This view kinda sums up of where I grew up, mountains, waterfalls, farms, orchards and also not far from the ocean. Land of plentiful would describe it.
I flew out of Perth on Friday afternoon and arrived safely at home Saturday morning. Went to visit mom at the hospital she is stable and improving. So thank you so much for your kind thoughts and warm wishes.
Today I am planning to make Pad Thai for my family to try as nobody was convinced that the girl they knew could cook(even though my personal page is full of pictures of food that I made) so wish me luck as I am facing some real critics here😂.. miss you guys xx

Edited: My Pad Thai was a success as they all went for second and my niece filled her plate up 3 times! It’s a good sign I reckon 😊 happy day!

Hi guys, see you tomorrow Saturday 10/10 at Leeman’s Landing from 4 pm
Pad Kaprow Beef is on the menu besides our usual plus just came from Wooly guess what I found? Mangoes!! Managed to grab 10 ripen ones So I will be making some sticky rice and mango. Feel free to message me if you want me to reserve some so you don’t miss out😊

So I did get myself up and going and went for a walk. Cannot deny we do live in a very beautiful suburb. can you guess the location of where the photos were taken? Which beach access etc. Clue is it’s local😄

How beautiful is this place we are living in! The flowers are blooming and the weather is perfect. Worth dragging myself out for an early morning stroll:)
