The friendly fishing rivalry aboard Wanderer may have escalated just a little. Ian and Robyn kept an official tally… because bragging rights matter on the river. What started as a friendly competition turned into a full scoreboard situation. Robyn reeled in the win for both titles: the most caught and the largest. Ian’s already planning a rematch (and possibly a new rod).

This Mother’s Day, we’re thinking of the women who came before us — the ones who nurtured, taught and loved. The rose‑petal heart was made by my husband from roses in our garden, and the plant was a favourite from my grandmother’s collection. Wishing all mums a day filled with love.
