When it comes to vehicle safety the quality of your car's braking system plays a crucial role. Your cars braking system is one of the most important safety features and well-maintained brakes can be the difference between avoiding an accident and a potential tragedy.

Do you hear a noise when you brake? Does your car shudder when you come to even a gradual stop? Those are signs of the brake pads and disc wearing down. It’s the job of the brake pads and brake discs to create the resistance needed to cause this action and each time your vehicle brakes the discs begin to wear.

Don't let your brakes get this bad, these images show the difference between extremely worn down brake disc as opposed to what they should look like. Come down to FX Mechanical Repairs Tweed Heads South or give us a call on 0402 237 057 to book in, where our highly qualified mechanic will give your vehicle a full assessment. ⚙️🔧
