Here’s a pretty cool project we’ve just completed for a customer.
This LX SLR5000 Torana came to us as a bare shell.
We’ve rebuilt the whole front end, steering and suspension.
assembled the 308 motor,
converted it to a T5 manual with hydraulic clutch.
Rewired the whole car,
New brake lines, fuel lines and clutch lines.
HQ front brake upgrade with booster upgrade.
Installed a full interior including sound deadening, door trims, seats and hood lining.
Installed all windows, rubbers and door seals.
Refurbished steering column.
Wheel alignment done.
New twin system exhaust.
Finished off all the little bits and pieces to have it complete, up and running.
Now she’s off to a paint shop for bonnet and bumpers, then ready to hit the road.

Here’s an intake manifold clean on a 200series Landcruiser, as you can see they carbon up pretty good.
This happens to most common rail diesels, some worse than others.
We clean them up for improved power and fuel economy.
The same goes for injectors, we can test and replace if needed.
