RECEPTIONIST OPPORTUNITY
Tully Tyre Service is looking for a full time receptionist!
Our business is family owned and operated, offering tyres and mechanical services to the Cassowary Coast region. We pride ourselves on a high standard of customer service to our local community.
YOUR ROLE would include (but not limited to):
• Being the first point of contact for our customers over the phone, in person and electronically.
• Administrative duties such as booking and managing appointments, customer sales & quotes, assisting in stock control including ordering and restocking, invoicing and receipting, balancing the till etc.
• Computer data entry and general administration
• The role also includes basic cleaning of the office and staff amenities
• Days are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with one Saturday morning 8am to 11am per month
What we are looking for:
• Someone who is friendly and has the right attitude
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and staff
• Comfortable working in a busy environment
• Able to multi-task and have exceptional time management skills
• Pro-active with excellent initiative
• Proficient with computers and have good writing skills
• Able to take instructions, work independently but also as part of a team
A manual drivers license is required
