Hi Folks,
Just a quick post to let you know that if you require a booking for Apr 1st, you will need to give us a call and confirm your travel times as our calendar is locked and we will be unavailable for any drop offs or pick ups after 6pm that night.
No, this isnt an early April Fools joke, its because our own April Fool celebrates his 18th birthday on Weds and we are going out for a family celebration. 🎂🍻❤️

Hi Folks,

So a couple of weeks ago we had a customer, who last used us in July last year come in and advise me that he believes his batteries were stolen when his vehicle was parked here.
He has since left us a scathing 1 star review and basically accused me of theft and siad I put them in my boat (I wish I had a boat, or more importantly, time to take a boat out fishing)
Just to be clear with all our customers, we dont open your bonnets unless we need to. The only time we do is in the event that we need to move your car and it has a flat battery. This has left a bitter taste in my mouth today, but I've posted the review and my reply below, so you can make your own decisions.

Good morning folks and happy Friday.

Just a little PSA to let you know that our calendar is locked for Monday 9/3/2026. We are still taking bookings for that day, however, you wont be able to complete online bookings, you will need to call us if you wish to book, as we will be unable to do drop offs or pick ups between 1800-2130 that night.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but it is the #1 daughters 21st that day and I will be out to dinner.

Well, I was supposed to be home today by 6:30pm, but good old Alliance airlines had different plans for my customers and ill be lucky to be home before 10pm. 🫤
So I thought I'd do a clean up and put up our latest postcard. Big thanks to the Gatto family and their girls for the tassie devil postcard. I got all the goss on how good their trip was and how much fun they had.

Morning folks,

So, we're all aware that there may be a bit of a blow heading our way. Whatever you do, stay safe and stay off the roads if you dont need to be travelling. There is a lot of rain forecast, so remember, if its flooded, forget it. If you do have travel bookings in the next couple of days, make contact with your airline to confirm your flights.

Unfortunately or us, we are suffering a Telstra outage in our suburb at home. At this stage, its not due to be recitifed until 1000 tomorrow. We are not receiving any phone calls, emails and also cant see any new bookings at this stage. We will be travelling into the office a couple of times today to check on messages and new bookings, but if you cant get in contact with us, its out of our control. Thanks for your understanding and patience.

Hopefully it will be back to normal sooner rather than later. 🤞

We understand that people change their minds, or emergencies arise, but if you make a booking, especially an early morning booking and have no intention of checking in, please let us know before your check in time. I dont care if you want to cancel, but please have the decency to inform us.
