What a beast‼️

This old rig was snapping axles every year on trips and we where asked to investigate the cause.

We found the rear diff housing was more bowed then a banana! 🍌 this was causing extreme stress on the axles. So out with the old and in with the new.

The new second hand diff housing was extended and braced as well as some custom axles to suit the extension.

I can't forget to mention the legends at JRace Industries that helped throughout this project, wouldn't of been possible without them!

Theres still some work to be done on the old girl but at the moment the customer is enjoying their holiday away in a reliable rig. 🏖

Oh no 😢

Poor old girl had a wicked knocking noise when it entered our workshop, and what we found is not good. It has worn the keyway on the crank, so out with the crank....luckily we have spares! 😁

What a difference 🤩

Kelli and Wayne are super happy to start there journey in there freshly gutted Mitsubishi Rosa. With the seats and floor removed we could cut and lay new marine grade ply wood to make a perfectly flat floor, now look at all of that room‼️
