This is the outcome of when the least expected brings the show to a stop. ORWHAT experienced an unexpected issue at Frydays a few weeks back. After having the engine lockup during the first skid, the car was put away to prevent further damage. Initially, the issue was thought to be an oiling problem with the engine, but after further investigation, it was discovered that the gear retaining bolts had come loose in the supercharger, causing the rotors to come in contact with one another. Upon disassembly of the engine and expecting the worst, it was found that the only damage was a squashed piston crown, resulting in a stuck top ring. The block underwent a quick hone and was reassembled using the same bearings and rings that had been in there for the past 12months of abuse. With the car back together we are wishing ORWHAT all the best at Northern Nats this weekend💪💪💪

Congratulations to the little big guy at powercruise 97 on the weekend. After a fuel supply issue in Sydney last weekend with no damage to anything, the flooding in North Queensland was a good enough excuse to spend the week in Brisbane and have some fun at powercruise. With the car and driver being faultless all weekend he took out the top place in both the Power skids and Burnout comp 🏆🏆 This car is proving to be a strong combo that does not happen overnight night and shows you don’t need the best of everything.
