The Noel Richardson Memorial Passage Race got off to an 'early' start, with a few competitors pressing a little close to the line. After a general recall the fleet headed off to Pulbah. We have named this race in the memory of Noel, who was instrumental in the success of the Northshore Regatta over many many years.
