In true Llama fashion, we’ve been so busy in the workshop and at events that we forgot to post one of the cool cars we had through earlier this year 😅
So here is Lukes beautiful single turbo LS Torana “ADHD”.

We replaced the old super low hanging 3” system with a tucked up 3.5” exhaust, 4” dump pipe and 4” side exit.
Space was ridiculously tight but we’re stoked with how it turned out 👌

After a retune by our good mate Jesse at Madoc Tuning it made a whopping 1000hp

Definitely a fun one to be a part of!

We’ll be closed this FRIDAY & MONDAY while we’re away at an event in Warwick and back on the tools TUESDAY! 🤝✨

Until then, Peach has been promoted to Receptionist… but unfortunately as you can see in the photos (aka my evidence) she firmly believes every enquiry can be solved with a nap 💻😴

We’ll be back next week and will start working through all messages once we’ve completed the official handover process and recovered the laptop from underneath her cute lil face… surely a treat will work 😂

Mechanical Mondays 🔧🦙

A new little series where we show some of the mechanical work happening in the shed.

Most people know us for fabrication and honestly we don’t blame you, it’s pretty hot 🔥

But Liam is also a fully qualified mechanic so we thought it was about time we show that side of the workshop too.

Just some of the stuff we do weekly includes:
- Timing belts
- Water pumps
- Engine Reseals (we’re looking at you Toyota and Nissan owners 👀)
- Suspension and driveline bushes
- General servicing and so on

Pretty much all the good stuff that keeps your car on the road reliably that you sometimes don’t think about until it’s too late.

Just look at it this way, while your car is in for mechanical work it’s the perfect time for those sneaky upgrades you’ve been thinking about.

Mystery Marketing #7 🦙

Okay we’re BACK and straight into the good BTS reel first! The workshop has been absolutely packed lately so instead of filming in the shed… we took Mystery Marketing camping 🏕️

Which somehow led to:
👉 spinning signs
👉 freezing cold water
👉 Liam nearly getting taken out by wind
👉 Peach supervising absolutely nothing
👉 me forcing to film content in the middle of nowhere

This episode was all about spinning signs 👀

Also one of my favourite parts of this whole series is that Liam STILL doesn’t know what’s happening until we start filming 🫣

Keeps the marketing FUN
Keeps the stress levels HIGH
Keeps me ENTERTAINED

Safe to say… it’s been a bit of a probl-llama 😅
The shop is PACKED, the days are flying and we’ve been flat out keeping up

We seriously appreciate every single one of you bringing your cars in and sticking with us while replies have been a little slower than usual 🙏

Busy is a good problem to have… and right now we’ve got a full herd in the shed 🦙🔥

We really do love a quirky car!
A few weeks back Keith dropped of his beautiful SR20 powered Clubman kit car up from Brisbane for some upgrades 🤘

We did our thing in the engine bay with all new alloy pipework including an airbox with a big knfilters filter and turbosmarthq BOV.

During tear down we found the factory T28 was not too happy so it copped a psr_pulsarturbo GT2867 Gen 2 with a ceramic coated rear housing to help keep temps under control 🔥 (Thank you brooker_ranch)

Keith also mentioned it was surging while cornering so we tucked a small raceworks_aus surge tank into the engine bay which sorted that nicely.

To finish it off, the boys at resident_restorations worked their magic on the AVS wheels plus the cam and coil cover setup to tie it all together.

We’re keen to see this one back in the future for an ECU upgrade and bigger injectors to really make the most of the new combo 🦙🔥
