Check out these 2 Bridge Trucks we have just completed for TFNSW | Fleet Partners πŸ‘ŒπŸ½

6.5M Table top trays with 3M & 6M container locks & Tie downs, Rear carry rack, 600mm High swing down gates all round with additional Spanset web rail fall protection.

On the front we have installed a Palfinger PK 24.001 SLD5 crane, Custom chain box storage and a 200L custom water tank πŸ‘ŒπŸ½

At the rear we have installed a pintle hook towbar and just in behind a PL8 Hydraulic hoisting winch for the bridge crew.

Some notable extras include Auxiliary battery system and solar panel with BCDC charger, Ecco reverse alarm, Hella ultra ray beacons on cabin roof bar, Hella jumbo LED tail lights, Narva LED work lights and low level flashers, GME XRS 330C UHF, 35L Engel fridge installed in the cab and much much more.

We recently completed this build for Port Stephens Council on a Fuso E-Canter

3.2M CBW designed Tipper body with a Maxilift M50 Crane, Hydraulic pressure washer, Storage cabinet with integrated 300L water tank and sign storage, pull out quarry mesh tarp, rear facing arrow board, M5 display board, Beacons, Underbody toolbox storage, rear access pull out ladders plus a whole host of additions to suit the councils specifications οΏ½

6M Table top tray with drop sides, Carry racks, Custom aluminium cabinets designed and built to suit the customer's specific storage needs which also include LED lighting, door ajar alarms, Drawers and adjustable shelves to the DS Cabinets, Adjustable shelves to the PS Cabinets as well as a side drop fridge slide, Dual lithium battery system with charge unit & Inverter. Here's a nice service body we recently completed for Sutton's Trucks Arncliffe | Seymour Whyte πŸ‘Œ

The guys from Seymour Whyte came to us with their old service body and we sat down and worked through what worked and what needed improving and came up with a fit for purpose concept to suit. Once the concept design was nailed down, presented and signed off on we made it reality...

A flat deck, tabletop tray with rear mounted crane, workbench area, crane pad storage and vice, gives the guys the perfect area to carry out work on the go. As you can see the tool cabinet storage wasn't skimped on, with plenty of adjustable shelf storage and slide out drawer storage too for job specific gear and tooling. A couple of top locker boxes for additional storage was also added and gas bottle storage to the rear of the PS cabinets. A roller shutter over the centre aisle will house a welder / generator / compressor to be supplied and fitted by the customer. All cabinets are fitted with interior strip lighting and door sensors too.

Some other additions to this build include LED work lights to headboard & rear cabinets, LED beacon also on the headboard, wheel chocks & fire extinguisher mounted to the front of the headboard, retractable air & Oxy hose reel to PS rear cabinet and a combination pintle hook towbar.

In collaboration with Fleet Partners & TFNSW, the first 2 of 10 Line Marking Trucks have been completed, inspected and signed off on for | |

These custom designed, purpose-built curtain side bodies are used to transport paint pallecons & glass bead pallets used for line marking by TFNSW

At 8.2M overall body length, the internal deck is specifically sectioned to locate the above mentioned pallecons and pallets to correctly and evenly distribute weight as well as allow access walkways between which are accessed via drop down step assemblies with grab handles to ensure 3 points of contact are maintained at all times.

Some of the additional features of these builds include - Single sided cab mounted arrow board & LED Beacons, Arrow board, VMS board & LED Beacons to rear, 200L custom aluminium water tank with pump & hose reel located to underbody PS rear, huge aluminium storage cabinet to internal front of body with shutter access, internal LED body lighting, LED flashers to front & rear, UB toolbox storage, in cab fridge and finished off nicely with curtains πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘Œ

Not only are these builds a practical, fit for purpose solution for TFNSW requirements, they look the goods too ! πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

4.7M Table top body for Gilbert & Roach Newcastle | Daracon

Absolutely feature packed build this one, on deck we have custom built storage cabinets with adjustable shelving and interior lighting, top storage cages & Centurion Fire shutters. To access these, we have built some drop-down platform steps.

Flush tie downs have been added to the deck for securing loads, 60L poly water tank to PS rear, Underbody storage to DS rear, Wheel chocks supplied and mounted underbody, 9KG fire extinguisher mounted to front of headboard, also fitted is a combo pintle hook with additional recovery points.

A few electrical items to note - GME UHF Radio with mirror mount aerial, Dual pole battery lockout isolation switch, 2000w inverter with 2 x Dual pole GPO & RCD, Rear facing headboard mounted stop / taillights & LED work lights as well as forward facing work lights, flashers and an LED beacon mounted to the cab roof bar
