Pez’s Diesel Repairs is looking for a motivated and reliable 1st year Apprentice Diesel Mechanic to join our team!

Based in Tomago, this is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to start a career in the diesel and mechanical industry and learn from an experienced team in a supportive workshop environment.

🔧 What we’re looking for:
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Interest in diesel mechanics and heavy vehicles.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Positive attitude and able to work in a team.
• Drivers licence and able to drive manual is a must.

🔩 What we offer:
• Immediate start.
• Hands-on training.

• Real workshop experience working on American highway trucks.

Thank you to Ben, Rebecca and all the boys at ABN Haulage for Huxley’s get well soon balloons. 🎈
For those of you who don’t know, Huxley was born with Renal Failure and required a Kidney transplant at some point in his early life. We always knew Perrin was a perfect match. And last week it finally happened.
Both boys are recovering well!
It’s the little things that we appreciate and these balloons put a smile on Huxley’s face when he walked in the door.

March 2024 is Pez’s Diesel Repairs 6th birthday! 🎈

At 25, Perrin started PDR as a solo mobile mechanic traveling from the central coast, to the upper hunter and everywhere in between. Working out of his customers yards and sheds with his first little service truck.

Perrin quickly realised he had gained enough interest and work after his first year of trading that he needed a workshop of his own. And that’s when he moved into his first shed at Tomago.

Since that time, he has gained an immense amount of loyal repeating customers, supportive quality supplier relationships and a group of dedicated employees who have become part of the PDR family.

Fast forward to last year. PDR relocated premises down the road to a much bigger and better suited workshop, has multiple service vehicles on the road and finds himself gaining new customers by word of mouth every week.

What an achievement and what a great 6 years it has been! We couldn’t be more proud of you Perrin. Here’s to you, the PDR reputation that you have worked so hard to build and here’s to many more years in business! 🥳👌🏼👏🏼
