We’re looking for a Junior Administration & Customer Service Assistant to join our ARB store. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career or looking to build experience in administration, customer service, and the automotive industry.

About the Role

As the welcoming face and voice of our business, you’ll play an important role in supporting our workshop, showroom, and customers every day.

Your duties will include:

* Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries.
* Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service.
* Taking messages and assisting with customer bookings and enquiries.
* Entering customer and vehicle information into our systems.
* Lodging warranty claims with suppliers.
* Following up on ETAs for backordered or outstanding parts.
* Assisting with stocktaking and inventory control.
* Checking completed vehicles before handover to ensure presentation and paperwork are correct.
* Supporting the sales and workshop teams with general administration.
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional front office and showroom.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

* Friendly, bubbly, and enjoys talking with people.
* Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
* Organised with strong attention to detail.
* Confident using computers and willing to learn new systems.
* Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
* A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Interested in the automotive or 4WD industry (an advantage, but not essential).

Previous administration experience isn’t required—we’re happy to provide training for the right person with the right attitude.

If you have experience as a Service Advisor, Parts Interpreter, Automotive Accessories Salesperson, Mechanic, Auto Electrician or Panel Be**er, and have a passion for 4WDs and the automotive industry, we'd love to hear from you!

What you'll be doing:
✅ Assisting customers in-store, over the phone and via email
✅ Providing advice and selling ARB 4x4 accessories
✅ Preparing quotes and processing orders
✅ Booking vehicles into the workshop
✅ Ordering parts and coordinating accessory fitments
✅ Working closely with our workshop team to deliver outstanding customer service

What we offer:
✔️ Competitive salary
✔️ Extra pay for Saturday shifts
✔️ Monday–Friday: 7:30am–5:00pm
✔️ Rotating Saturdays (approx. 1 in 3, 8:00am–12:00pm)
