A recent service we done on this Ford Ranger getting an oil and filter change with a full check over resulting in extras such as an air filter, cabin filter and a brake fluid flush after the brake fluid had failed the moisture content test
High moisture content in brake fluid can cause issues like internal brake system corrosion but can also lead to pedal fade or even brake failure under heavy/hard braking as it lowers the boiling point reducing the braking power/force needed to stop safely
A brake fluid test is carried out with every service we do as part of our check over👍🏼

Cabin filters
These are probably the most over looked filters during a service🤦🏼‍♂️
These filter the air coming from the vents in the car whether its on fresh or recirculate it all passes through these first, but it also stops further costly repairs by keeping the heater and aircon systems free from getting blocked by dirt and debris
Dirty and sometimes even blocked filters can cause your aircon system to not work as efficently as it should, cause odours or contain other contaminants like rodent activity and mould🦠
Feel like your filter may be over looked? Have a strange smell coming from the vents? Maybe just not as much air coming out like it used to?

Few recent break down jobs we have done😎
Toyota Landcruiser developed a fuel leak from the sedimenter due to a rust hole in the casing, we replaced it with an aftermarket primary filter and water seperator and got it back on the road👍🏼
A Hino truck that broke down in Forster due to fuel starvation, further inspection showed that the fuel tank was contaminated with water and algae that had blocked the fuel filters, the fuel tank was removed and flushed, lines cleaned and new filters fitted to get this one running and on its way again👍🏼
And a Mazda Tribute that had no drive, quick check found the shift cable to the transmission had disconnected due to a worn linkage bush, a new bush was fitted and kept this one moving👍🏼

After the last few days with the temperatures rising up to 40 degrees heres a few jobs we have done to keep these customers cool and comfortable while getting around😎
Tractor getting a system health check and regas to keep it at work in the paddocks✅
Honda CRV for an Aircon freshen up with service/regas✅
Mitsubishi Pajero for a regas✅

Nissan Patrol got some new heavy duty adjustable panhard rods fitted up to keep everything tracking nice and straight along with a transfer case oil seal replaced and while we were in there the handbrake was repaired/replaced because of oil contamination✅
Toyota Kluger service and check over✅
Various aircon services and repairs done✅
3 Industrial grade pressure cleaners getting services along with a pump replacement✅
And a Holden Astra radiator replacement with new hoses, thermostat and a coolant flush✅

Break down job we did just recently on this Ford Focus😎
Customer mentioned that their Battery light was illuminated on the dash
A quick look found that unfortunately their tensioner pulley had called it quits causing the belt to fall off
A new belt and tensioner was fitted up and got them back on the road👍🏼

Well heres a bit of an update on a few jobs we have done lately😎
Aircon services/checks including Subaru, Toyota, Nissan and Kubota along with a compressor replacement and a evaporator clean✅
Full engine intake system replacement and upgrade with all hoses/pipes and intercooler replacement on a Nissan Navara✅
A first service on a tractor getting all fluids and filters changed✅
Front brake pad replacement and rotor machine on a LDV✅

Something different to start the week off this week😎
Morning run to Port Macquarie to inspect a crane that had its aircon stop working, quick check over found the drive belt for the compressor had snapped, replacement belt and a system performance check with the all clear got this machine back to work again and a happy operator in a cool cab👍🏼

Some Saturday catch up work and even a break down call out added on too😎
Aircon service and regas on a Holden Commodore✅
Hyundai Ix35 aircon repair with a new compressor along with a few other new parts in the system after contamination/debris from compressor wear/failure✅
And a break down call out at Nabiac after a heater hose had burst on a Ford Ranger, although a propper repair with a new hose wasnt possible we managed to do a temporary fix to get them back on the road and heading home👍🏼

Few more jobs that we have done recently😎
Service and check over on a Toyota Hilux
A Hino tipper truck got the air conditioning system overhauled after a compressor failure with a new compressor, condensor, filters and a system flush along with a deep clean of the evaporator inside the cab to allow the cold air through better
And a clock spring replacement on a Holden Colorado to eliminate the airbag light on the dash so it can pass its upcoming rego inspection👍🏼
