We had this little beauty in the shed for re-fresh. Not everyone has the time to throw at these old girls so we are always happy to lend a hand and get them back on the road.

Ticked a few jobs off the list:
- Resealed the gearbox
- Rear main seal
- Fixed leaking sump
- Re-trimmed the front and rear seats
- New seals in back doors
- Suppled and mounted a new factory bumper
- Wiring tidy up
- Cleaned and treated the paint and sealed it up with x-trol rust conqueror
- Fixed spare tyre carrier and a few other bits and bobs.

She’s ready to head home 👍

This cool old troopy left a few weeks ago. It’s running a turbo 1HZ with a h150 box. We mounted it on an 80 chassis with a 150mm stretch and chassis lift. We designed this system a few years back as the 80 chassis are a fair bit shorter than the factory 40 series so it brings the chassis back out under the rear of the cabin for a much cleaner look and it then also allows for more clearance for those who want to hit the tracks.

The cabin was left in its original patina state and got fitted with 2 Fuel Tanks, a Stubby Winch Bar, Sliders, Rear Bar with Tyre Carrier/ Jerry Can holder and Front and Rear Tube Guards.

This thing was built to wheel hard. Not every build needs a fresh paint job. If you have a good solid cabin, you can slap it on and you’re on your way.

It makes us even more keen to get the OG Troopy back on the road 👍

Another tubular style side is in the shed getting fabbed for a customers build. We custom make these to suit each vehicle. This one is to suit a factory 80 series length 40/80 build without a chassis stretch.
