Had to improvise and machine the missing adjusting blocks out of so it’s nice and strong until the oem parts arrive.

Crazy day, service on this all going to plan until time to take it for a final test drive and the key fob fails to register and the bike wouldn’t start.
Quick trip to the owners house to get the emergency key and back to the shop and all is well and bike starts using the spare.

This poor has been to another shop for servicing and ended up here and this is what we found on initial inspection…we will sort this out and have it safe for the road again.

Scooters need servicing too, this on for a service and also the checked as well.

This shouldn’t happen on a crank, can move the crank sideways with no resistance and also feel play up and down when lifting the rotor…🤔

Well that’s a relief, haven’t run the for a while due to health but managed to remember how to program a job and today was the test, op 1 went nicely.
Now to 3d print a jig to hold the part for the 2nd op.
