🔧 Recently finished a large scale job for one of our great customers , helping to rebuild the axles and components on this Drake 5x8 float.
- All new wheel bearings
- All new brake shoes and hardware kits
- Replaced all S-cams, bushes, seals and slack adjusters.
- Replaced all spherical eye bushes in all trailing arms
- Replace various worn trailing arm bush housings and send out for line boring for bush diameter
- Replaced all rear trailing arm rollers, bearings and repair various worn cheek plates.
- Rebuild and reseal all hydraulic suspension rams
- Replace and weld on new eye bushes housings on various suspension rams
- Replace spherical bushes in hydraulic suspension rams
- Repair various brake bell cranks and push rods
- Diagnose and repair various air leaks
- Carry out various other minor repairs throughout job
