‘GREYSTANES SMASH REPAIRS’ is a fully licenced smash repairer operating in the Motor Industry for over 30 years and authorised repairers for ALL Insurance Companies! We are one of the leading smash repairers in Parramatta with clients from all over the Sydney greater metropolitan areas! to bring accident damaged vehicles back to its Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standard. We specialise in fleet management, government contracts, major insurance companies, private businesses and individuals (who also need Australian approved modifications to vehicles). Our service experiences not exhausted to but include:
- assisting to lodge your claims and seeing you through with the claims process
- diligently explaining you the full repair process upfront (to avoid surprises with additional costs)
- keeping you updated throughout the repair process on timing and progress
- motor vehicle detailing for maintenance and sale

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Panel Be**er to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods
• Remove and replace damaged panels and parts
• Straighten and realign vehicle frames and body panels
• Use welding and metal working tools to restore structural integrity
• Work collaboratively with spray painters and mechanics to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Follow OH&S procedures and maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
Requirements:
• Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology (or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
• Strong knowledge of panel beating techniques and repair equipment
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license
