➡️Fully insulated firebox with 50mm 1250°C rated cermaic fibre blanket (outside 4mm steel, inside skin 4mm steel)
➡️Tuning plates
➡️Chimney Dampner
➡️ Stainless drop down shelving (Can be converted to timber upon request)
➡️ 3 x 3" Tel-Tru temp gauges
➡️ 3mm expanded mesh under cooking chamber timber storage
➡️Solid Bar counterweights, lids hold halfway opening without dropping and flying back. Perfectly weighted.
➡️Fully sealed with Fireblack Nomex and locks.
➡️Stainless vents and cool touch spring handles.
➡️ Steel shot blasted and Heat rated powder coated (850°C) and oven baked.
