This one turned into an absolute nightmare 🤦‍♂️😂
Customer was promised one thing and got something totally different.

Issues we found: • “Zero hours” on the clock that couldn’t even be programmed properly
• Suspension codes showing when the ski doesn’t even have suspension
• “Performance tune” that actually made LESS power
• VTS not working due to ECU/file format/programming issues

Before: • Old tune = 109km/h top speed @ 8250rpm
What we fixed: ✅ New ECU installed and properly reprogrammed
✅ Correct tune file loaded
✅ Correct prop setup to achieve proper RPM
✅ VTS fully operational again
✅ Dash cluster working with zero system codes
✅ Strong responsive power with no cavitation on hole shot

After: 🔥 119km/h
🔥 8750–8800rpm
🔥 Fuel at 3/4 tank

When a supercharger collapses, it doesn’t fail in isolation — it sheds metal through the entire intake and lubrication system. That debris gets pulled through the engine, contaminating bearings, oil galleries, cylinders, intercooler cores, sensors, and even the sump. Simply bolting on a new supercharger without pulling the engine down and properly cleaning all affected components leaves microscopic metal behind, which will immediately circulate and destroy the replacement unit and the engine itself. The correct repair requires full disassembly, thorough flushing, inspection, and cleaning to manufacturer standards so no debris remains.

Anyone saying otherwise isn’t clever they’re gambling with the customer’s engine and guaranteeing a repeat failure.

This isn’t opinion, it’s mechanical reality which plenty seem to fail 🫡
