A healthy battery can still kill a programming job.
12.6V might look fine, but module programming needs more than a battery that can start the car. It needs stable voltage from start to finish.
One voltage drop can mean failed programming, recovery work or even a damaged module.

We look at why battery support is becoming essential for modern diagnostics, programming and ADAS work.

If the vehicle manufacturer says an ADAS calibration is required after a repair, who should have the final say?

The repairer?
The assessor?
The insurer?

Or the engineers who designed the vehicle's safety systems?
This isn't about approving every line on an estimate. It's about whether decisions should be driven by evidence, OEM position statements and manufacturer repair procedures, rather than assumptions.

As ADAS technology becomes standard on more vehicles, it's a conversation our industry needs to have.

When was the last time you replaced a part... and then spent longer dealing with the software?

Modern repairs don't just end with a spanner anymore.
Today's vehicles increasingly require OEM Diagnostics, Programming, Secure Gateway Access, Remote Diagnostics and ADAS Calibration before the job is truly complete.

So, when did every repair become a software repair?

Our latest blog explores how modern vehicles have changed the way workshops work, and why understanding sensor fusion is becoming just as important as understanding the repair itself.

Could Mobile ADAS become your workshop's next revenue stream?

More workshops are choosing to take ADAS Calibration on the road, helping mechanical workshops, collision repairers and glass businesses complete jobs without investing in their own equipment.

The demand is already there.

The question is... could your business be the one meeting it?
Read our latest blog to see why Mobile ADAS is becoming one of the biggest growth opportunities in the automotive industry.

If your diagnostic tool has become painfully slow lately, don't assume it's broken.

At CRE2026, one workshop owner mentioned their asTech All-In-One was lagging. Bradley from our Remote Support team had a simple suggestion:

"Have you cleared the cache recently?"

Sometimes a five-minute fix is all it takes.

Read the article and learn how to clear cache on your All-In-One, plus why the same trick can help many Android-based diagnostic tools.

Every workshop has one.

The job that should've been finished on Tuesday, but somehow it's still sitting in the corner on Friday waiting for diagnostics, programming, OEM access, or a calibration.

That's where profit disappears.

EOFY is a good time to look at where time, margin and workflow are getting stuck, and whether having the right support available could help keep more jobs moving.

At CRE2026, people expected to see ADAS rigs.

What they didn’t expect was the little box plugged into the OBD port quietly changing the conversation.

We had workshop owners stop mid-demo when they realised Repairify Remote Services could handle OEM-level diagnostics, secure gateway access, programming and ADAS procedures remotely, without the vehicle leaving the workshop.

Modern repair is changing fast. This was one of the biggest conversations we had across all three days at stand AF24.

Final day at CRE2026. Stand AF24.

You’ll see plenty of ADAS tools and calibration systems across the show floor today.

But if you want to see what actually sets Repairify apart, come and have a chat with us.

Yes, we’ve got some of the industry’s leading ADAS and diagnostic platforms. But the real difference is Remote Services.

We connect workshops to a massive library of OEM tools, real technicians, and real-time support that helps keep diagnostics, programming, calibrations and complex repairs in-house.

Less outsourcing. Less downtime. More control.

That’s the difference.

Stand AF24. Last chance to see it in action this week.

14/05/2026

We’re live at CRE2026, Stand AF24.

Drop by Thursday, Friday or Saturday for live Remote Services demos, a look at the latest Repairify systems, and a few conversations about where the industry’s heading next.

We’ve also got Paul Cunningham (Head Of European Operations) on the stand, sharing some of the future innovations and approaches Repairify is bringing to the Australian market.

We’ll be at CRE2026, 14–16 May, stand AF24.Come by for a look at how Remote Services actually works on the job, not just...

We’ll be at CRE2026, 14–16 May, stand AF24.

Come by for a look at how Remote Services actually works on the job, not just in theory. We’ll be running live demos, showing real workflows, real support, and how workshops are keeping more work in-house.

If you’ve been curious, sceptical, or just want to see it in action, come and have a chat.
