Great news everyone everthing is approved & now full steam ahead, things are now moving along quickly.
The workshop will be erected end of this month & i have allowed July for setting up as I want to do it right & once only, wiring, some new equipment & setting up ready for reopening on 1st August.
Thank you for everyone's patience on this matter unfortunately it was a necessary evil dealing with authorities so it's now all approved & above board.
As you can understand people are already queued up for larger orders but the usual one off wiper motors,
Horns, handbrakes etc will be done in the usual quick turnaround you are accustomed with.
Thanks again for your patience & looking forward to assisting putting the final touches on your Aussie muscle projects.

So the last peice of the puzzle for HQ, HJ, HZ, HX, WB
Wiper linkages.
The stainless cap under the wiper arm spline was another issue, either the aluminium corrodes under the cap & cannot be removed to repair or polish or is usually damaged from prying the wiper arms off with a large flat bladed screw driver.
If they freely come off I can repair the caps usually but if they're seized I have to destroy to remove them until now, I managed to make the caps to provide a hi quality restoration on the wiper linkages.
The main 3 problems were the shafts, wiper arm splines & the caps, I now make all 3 items & the result speaks volumes.

Another peice of the puzzle solved for owners of HQ, HJ, HZ & HX. I have noticed the ongoing problems with wiper linkages which are the main cause of wiper motor burn outs, rusted & seized causing more load on the motor.
I made the shafts & replace them successfully but the aluminium wiper arm spline was another issue in itself usually damaged from incorrect removal of wiper arm or stripped, I have now started to make them to provide a fully serviced wiper linkage assembly including new bush ends, stainless fasteners & rubber gasket.
Prices will vary depending on the extent of the repairs keep in mind everything is machined in house as needed, I strongly recommend anyone who is wanting their wiper motor rebuilt by me to recondition the linkage assembly to provide optimum performance, reliability & peace of mind.
This service is available to all ford wiper motor & linkages also.

Good news, everything has been approved & sewer encasement is done. Everything should start to move quite quickly now as that was the biggest hurdle to overcome, should be up & running mid to late June.

HI EVERYONE
JUST AN UPDATE ON THE NEW WORKSHOP, IT IS DELAYED UNFORTUNATELY DEALING WITH COUNCIL & SYDNEY WATER. I AM TRYING TO SPEED UP THE PROCESS BUT I'M SURE ALL OF YOU WHO HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH THOSE AUTHORITIES KNOW THEY ARE PAINFUL TO DEAL WITH.
PLEASE BE PATIENT I WILL GIVE FURTHER PROGRESS UPDATES CLOSER AS I GO, I WILL TRY MY BEST TO BE UP & RUNNING ASAP.
