“Kalimna” is an excellent condition one-owner East Coast, and has just come onto the market, currently moored in Kettering, Tas.

Extensively outfitted for coastal cruising, she has travelled all over Australia’s East Coast, and especially Tasmania.

A 1988 model, so one of the last few produced, and best!

For sale through Jo Breen at Derwent Boat sales, the link with contact details is below in the comments.

Just heard some great news from Roy Toal that he and Pete have won the Port Hacking Club Championship in “Excelsior”. Not bad for a 42 year old boat!!

It was great to catch up with other East Coast 31 owners last night at Drummoyne Sailing Club for dinner and trophy presentation after our windless jaunt around Pittwater in November.
Thanks to everyone for turning up despite the terrible weather and long distances to travel.
Winner of the 2025 East Coast Cup was John Buggy, who’s local knowledge of a fickle Pittwater breeze got his boat “Free Spirit” over the line first. Still racing in a weekly basis! Well done and congratulations John!
It was the largest attendance to date with 10 yacht owners enjoying a great catch up, some new to the class and others veteran stalwarts.
