Introducing: PEAK EXPEDITION

After a huge amount of work behind the scenes, we are excited to officially introduce PEAK Expedition — a new division of PEAK focused on bespoke off-grid camper and expedition accommodation builds.

This is not about mass-produced caravans or generic one-size-fits-all layouts.

PEAK Expedition is about building custom camper modules and expedition accommodation systems around the customer, the vehicle, and the way they actually intend to travel.

Whether it is a Unimog, expedition truck, or a custom touring platform, each build can be tailored around the layout, materials, electrical system, water capacity, storage, appliances, finish level, and exterior design required.

Our first builds are already taking shape, with one PEAK Expedition camper already fitted to a Unimog and travelling around Australia.

The build shown here gives a look at what we can do.

Featuring aluminium composite foam-core sandwich panel construction, a serious 48V electrical system, solar input, inverter, onboard water storage and filtration, diesel heating and hot water, air conditioning, Starlink connectivity, premium appliances, internal and external storage, and full off-grid touring capability.

Inside, the focus is on premium materials and a proper high-end finish.

This example features Nappa Bianco Polar leather, black Alcantara wall panels, stone benchtops, herringbone flooring, hybrid stone bathroom finishes, an acoustic slatted panel ceiling, and wall panels fitted using Fastmount clips sourced from the superyacht industry.

That Fastmount panel system allows the interior wall panels to be removable, with a hidden cavity behind the walls for future upgrades, cable runs, servicing, and modifications without having to tear the camper apart.

Customers will be able to choose layouts, colours, materials, finishes, appliances, and specifications. From clean and modern, to dark and tactical, to warm and refined — each build can be tailored to suit the customer’s vision.

This is bespoke off grid, expedition accommodation, built properly.

Stock update — cooler kits are finally landing in August.

Pre-orders are now open and numbers are limited. If you tow, load up, or you’ve been watching temps climb, get in quick before they sell out.

We’re bringing in two versions:

1) Transmission + Power Steering Cooler Kit (Musso & Rexton – Hydraulic Power Steering models)
This is the original complete kit for earlier vehicles with hydraulic power steering. It cools both the transmission and the power steering and suits the factory layout on those models.

2) Transmission-Only Cooler Kit (MY25+ Musso & Rexton – Electric Power Steering models)
MY25+ moved to electric power steering (EPS), so there’s no power steering cooler required. This kit is transmission cooling only — cleaner, simpler, and built specifically for the MY25+ front-end setup.

Important fitment note:
If your Musso/Rexton has hydraulic power steering, you must run the Transmission + Power Steering kit (the cooler assembly sits in the same position as the power steering cooler line). The MY25+ transmission-only kit is not for earlier models.

At PEAK, growth isn’t just a goal — it’s our reality. Thanks to your incredible support, we’ve reached a point where bigger steps were needed to match our vision for the future.

First, we want to recognize and apologise for the recent delays many of you have experienced with your orders. We know how frustrating it has been, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

The reason behind these delays is simple: PEAK has grown faster than anyone could have predicted. Our old logistics setup couldn’t keep pace with the demand, and that was not acceptable to us — or to you.

That’s why we’ve made a major move forward. PEAK has partnered with Ligentia, one of Australia’s largest and most advanced logistics providers. They are the only team capable of delivering on our future vision.

What’s happening right now:

We’ve relocated all operations to Ligentia’s state-of-the-art hub in Melbourne.
