This isn’t the post I thought I’d be making to introduce our new printer. After saving and spending over $16,000 to get this machine rebuilt (I was sold a “perfectly working” printer that actually cost me thousands in repairs but that’s a story for another day), I was so excited to finally have it up and running, I’d even managed to use it for a couple of jobs already.
The media clamps caught on the print head and caused serious damage. I wasn’t in the room to see it happen, but when I came back the damage was done. The repair cost has come back at $4,000.
For a small business like mine, that’s a huge setback. This printer was supposed to open up so many opportunities for growth, new products, and better quality for you all while expanding what I create. Instead I’m here asking for help to get it repaired so I can keep pushing forward and making this dream real.
