THE LATEST FROM COAST TO COAST FOR SUBURBAN RECALL.

Dear Valued Client
,
Coast to Coast are writing to you regarding the suspension of certificate AGA4624 affecting Suburban hot water service models SW6PA, SW6DA, SW6DEA, SW4DEA, SW4DECA and SW6DECA.
Coast to Coast write to advise that we are still working hard and quickly with the Australian Authorities to arrive at a resolution to the suspension of certificate AGA4624. Coast to Coast would like to reassure all registered consumers that we have not forgotten about you and are still working to deliver you a result as soon as possible.
Coast to Coast is now closer to a resolution with the situation progressing and we expect to soon be in a position to begin the recall process. The impact of COVID-19 however has affected proceedings. Due to various stakeholders working remotely, things are taking longer and further delays may occur. We will do our best to minimise any potential delays where possible.
Consumers that are seeking further information or have enquiries regarding Suburban hot water services are advised to contact our recall hotline on 02 9645 7685 or email [email protected]. Please note that we will be closed for Easter from Friday the 10th of April and reopening on Monday 20th of April 2020. We will be providing a further update to all clients as soon as we are able to do so.
We understand that you have been patient until now. We ask you to extend that patience a little longer as we navigate the situation. We appreciate your continued support during this period as we work towards a resolution.

Hoping all our lovely clients had a safe and happy start to the New Year.

We are back into 2019, with a lot of insurance work due to storms and hail prior to Christmas. Very sad for clients when their vans are hit but we can assure them they will be like new or better when we have finished.

We have spaces available for your servicing needs with Michael our mechanic. Phone Bonnie for an appointment and she will fit you in. We have kept our Servicie pricing the same since 2016 but in the next few months we will be looking to increase due to consumable increases. Get in now before I set the price rise.
