Hello everyone! After nearly 8 years we are selling Drifters campervans. It’s been a big decision and we’ve sat on it for a while (months!) as we love the vans so much, and the people we meet through hiring them.

We’ve gone through significant change since launching including two babies, two house moves + renovations and two other business launches. Sadly Drifters is less of a priority over other commitments. You may have noticed our social posts are at an all time low! 🤭

This year has been a particularly big one for us since our son started school (the juggle!) and Erin took the leap of setting up her own creative studio ~ if you fancy a follow.

We began Drifters as a way of sharing custom-built campervans with people who love travel and adventure (but also comfort). While we’ve seen lots of change in the rental market with businesses coming and going through the Covid years, and a boom in custom conversions, we’re proud to be one of the original boutique campervan rentals in Australia on since 2017.

A lot of love and care was put into the conversions and they are all in great build condition thanks to detail thanks to James’ meticulous attention to detail. A recent hirer was quoted nearly $60,000 to convert her empty van so if you’re looking to get on the road this summer - this is your chance!!
