Customer came in to get an entry door fitted I ended up fitting out his entire Mitsubishi Rosa bus. He designed the layout that he wanted although it was tweaked a bit by me to keep all water on one side of the bus. He supplied most of the parts, everything else was built by me including the timber vj ceiling.

Had a customer with a Mercedes Benz 4WD Sprinter who wanted a kitchen in the sliding door area as well as a fridge slide and hot and cold plumbing for the sink. I designed a custom kitchen with storage, microwave oven, sink with flickmixer and a stainless steel benchtop with induction cooktop.

New customer Kevin brought his stripped out Viscount Ambassador to me for a full interior fitout, new windout windows and new triple locked entry door. He requested a set of custom bunks up front with storage drawers underneath and storage nooks in the front wall. I added a deep storage cupboard with polished timber benchtop at the end of the bunks and full height storage and electrical cupboard on the side of the bunks.
The herringbone vinyl flor was a first for me doing vinyl flooring on my own.
Kevin wanted a curved wall to separate the matching curved vanity unit with polished benchtop. A custom made shower cubicle was built next to it with custom frosted acrylic door. A double bed with lift up base and storage in the headboard went in the back under the overheads.
On the other wall a quad door storage cabinet with polished timber benchtop finished off the furniture.
Electrical was a 200 amp/hr battery with 2 x 200 watt solar panels and triple colour touch lights on the ceiling and touch reading lights with usb charging.

Well it came to an end.
This fantastic little custom made hybrid square back camper has now left my workshop and is travelling Australia. Featuring poptop with 2x200watt solar panels and reversible fan, twin single beds, 2x sirocco fans, indoor kitchen with full size sink with instant hotwater, 2 burner cooktop, 130l Bushmans fridge, 2x 70 litre water tanks, fully insulated, aluminium composite outside with checkerplate protection, 2x4.5kg gas bottles, bike rack, spare tyre and twin jerrycan holders on the rear and independent suspension, it has an outside shower with hot and cold water and dual colour light and finally a Foxwing 180 degree awning.

So had a Mercedes Benz motorhome show up went through 3 other builders before it came to me to be completely finished.

Custom rebuild of a 1965 model Viscount customer required a mobile office with enough seating for 6-8 people in a u shape lounge with a custom made table. A slim line tv cabinet up the front for zoom meetings and a bi fold window to serve customers at venues all kept nice a cool with a roof mounted aircon.

Removed the old bus windows and replaced with alupanel with timber frames on the inside then cut out and fitted Aussie Traveller wind out windows and carpeted the inside to match the original. Nice airflow now.
Removed the original benchtops and stripped off the old laminate and relaminated with a more modern colour.

So I stripped down a rotted out 22 foot Coronet caravan clean up the chassis added in some extra steel for support and cut about 2 feet off the back. I will then be sheeted in 3mm checker plate aluminium with checker plate guards aluminium extrusion front and sides with markers lights reflectors and new tail lights. For now it will do duty as a trailer then it will be transformed into a toy hauler.
