I nickname this one the pig Hunter, Because it had more hits then Elvis Presley, Meaning dints, It was a hunting vehicle & a farm ute, Time to bring it back to the 4wd it once was, I enjoy doing these LandCruisers & the Patrol utes us they where a big part of Australia's workforce. The customer has more plans for it it's got the turbo motor in it so that's a great start

Mark brought this Maloo in at first it was just to fix a couple of things, He's like u got 3 weeks mate as the car is going to summernuts, Well that didn't go to plan as mark is very fussy person & knows what he wants, Ended up being a full strip down with a lot of repairs & a full repaint in side & out, The thing with this model there's 24 pieces that bolt on to the vehicle & then u got the body panels as well, A tall ask for a one man show to have all that work done in three weeks & make it presentable for the Summernats, Out of that 3 weeks I done 7 days Monday to Sunday a lot of long days, It come down to dedication & prove to myself I can do it, I wasn't able to post all the photos on here there were 76 photos of all the things I had to do, I'm so proud Mark has been sending me videos of the Summernats having a great time, it's a great feeling knowing that I achieved that 🙂

This XB rare surfsider panel van, was a very special job for a client of mine as it was his very first vehicle. It was time to bring it back to its former glory. Four so called people in the panel game started this job but gave up. After talking to the owner & him explaining the memories to me, and how people have let him down it was up to me to get the job done. It was not an easy task but, I stuck with it, and I'm so pleased I did. Seeing the end result is very satisfying & there's no better feeling then seeing kev smiling again. His wife has often said to me Lee you have made him the most happiest man in the world. Over the months I have gotten to know Kev and Rosie very well, and I'm very grateful of the friendship we have formed. Kev & Rosie you have helped me in so many ways I can't explain 🙏

The Van was fully stripped down to bare metal
Epoxy primer
Panel beated and repaired
2K putty primer
Painted in side & out in 2k blue then rubbed back & re-cleared with clear and I'm silver metallic flakes.

This is only half of the description as a lot more went into this job. It was certainly done out of labour of love from both sides, that's for sure.
Its a great feeling to see this van getting out to car shows

Helping my niece out with her very first car 🙂, I had this VRX Mitsubishi Lancer, I gave it a full respray in 2k gloss black with green sparkle metallic paint, A great day for the both of us, Safe travels Kailor 😎
