This 40t screw piler had been battling slew drift while drilling for over 2 years with multiple failed diagnosis’s and repairs. we quickly put gauges on the system isolated the fault in the circuit and found the slew brake was not completely relieving slew brake release pressure. Upon further inspection we found the inline return or***ce to be blocked. Cleaned and overhauled the valve and the machine was tested like new 🛠️
