Covers removed, old mouldy and worn out padding in the bin, frames modified to suits wheel tubs with bright mild steel rod and new springs added to replace broken ones and plenty of reinforcement bars installed for better support then cleaned primed and painted, lined in carpet new foam and old covers reinstalled now fits perfect in the car!

All panels are made out of 18 gauge sheet metal, painted, foamed and covered in XY KIWI vinyl and backs of panels covered in solo carpet to prevent drumming with black loop pile carpet backed with underfelt and edged with xy kiwi vinyl all panels have been tailor made and metal shaped in house.

Custom Harley Chopper seat and sissy bar pad
Lepera pan narrowed 4”, reinforced pan with fibreglass and repaired cracks in pan, foam severely modified and installed a gel insert for extra comfort! Custom cover made out of shiny patent leather and black Muirhead leather, silver glitter piping and hand pressed glitter buttons and custom stainless steel seat mount and sissy bar Back cover.
