Meet Rade — one of the skilled people behind every Custom Denning electric bus.
A proud Western Sydney local, Rade has been part of the Custom Denning team for more than eight years. As an Auto-Electrical Assembler, he plays an important role in bringing our zero-emission buses to life while sharing his knowledge and experience with the next generation of Australian manufacturing apprentices.
From inspecting electrical components throughout production to installing critical battery systems into our specially engineered rear electrical cradle, Rade’s work helps ensure every vehicle meets the standards of performance, safety and reliability our customers depend on.
But building buses is about more than manufacturing vehicles — it’s about building capability, creating opportunities and investing in people.
Our Western Sydney facility is home to advanced manufacturing, highly skilled jobs, apprenticeship pathways and a growing Australian supply chain.
