. Anyone have an open space as described below where some motorcycle training can take place on the Gold Coast?

Qride Gold Coast

Looking for some bitumen to do motorcycle training (Qride). Cannot be council, needs to be private land. Needs to have a container with the bikes in it.
Size needed is 40x20m but have used 40x16 before.
5 to 7 days a week Saturday to Wednesday.
