This position involves:

*Working as part of a busy sales team
*Help develop your team
*Liaising with customers & management
*Maintaining and developing sales growth
*Initiating and driving new business development
*Debt collection
*Joining the team with day-to-day workshop tasks
*Managing stock control
*Working closely with the head office team
*Occasional tyre fitting & related duties

To ensure your success in this role, we require:
*3+ years retail sales experience from within the tyre industry
*experience ensuring high standards are maintained in regards to team, office and workshop presentation
*strong communication skills (both over the phone and face-to-face)
