THE END OF AN ERA — AND THE BEGINNING OF A NEW ONE 🚛
After 10 years, the time has come to say farewell to AJL Yamaha & Lifestyle.
Our final day of trading will be Friday 18 September, closing at 4.00pm.
For the past decade, AJL Yamaha & Lifestyle has been an important part of our Burnie business, and we are incredibly grateful to the many customers, riders, families and friends who have supported us along the way.
While this marks the end of one chapter for AJL, it also signals the beginning of an exciting new one.
🏍️ FROM YAMAHA TO DAIMLER 🚛
When AJL's Burnie facility was originally built, the showroom was designed with the longer-term vision that one day it could become home to a dedicated truck dealership.
That day has arrived.
Following AJL's appointment as the statewide dealer for Mercedes-Benz Trucks, Freightliner and Fuso, the current Yamaha showroom will shortly undergo a major transformation.
Our vision is to create a destination for Daimler trucks on Tasmania's North-West Coast — showcasing three of the world's leading commercial vehicle brands from our Burnie facility.

So, while we're saying goodbye to motorcycles in Burnie, we're certainly not saying goodbye to the showroom.
We're getting ready to fill it with something considerably bigger. 🚛

Before the doors close, there are still some great bargains available on selected motorcycles, together with:

Stock is moving quickly, so the best option—particularly for clothing and helmet sizing—is to come into the showroom.

As our priority during the clearance period will be customers in the showroom, please bear with us if responses take a little longer than usual.
📦 EXISTING ORDERS & ONGOING YAMAHA SUPPORT
All orders already in our system will be fulfilled.
We are unfortunately unable to accept new orders during the closure period. Following our closure, customers can contact City Bike Centre in Devonport, where remaining AJL Yamaha bikes, parts and stock will be transferred.
For customers requiring mechanical services, Zac can be contacted on 0439 376 572 and will be operating from Gawler, with a pick-up and drop-off service available.
Please note that purchases made after 5.00pm on 9 September are final and cannot be refunded, except where applicable in relation to warranty or other statutory consumer rights.
