HOW PRE-ORDERS WORK AT ON2CREW

We often get asked what “pre-order” means, so here’s a simple explanation.

When you place a pre-order, your item is not already in stock. We open orders on our website for a set period (this time it was 4 weeks) to give everyone plenty of time to place an order.

Once pre-orders close, we submit the final numbers to our manufacturer. This is when the production timeframe starts.

Our manufacturer then makes your items to order, and this process can take 8–12 weeks. Sometimes orders arrive earlier, which is fantastic, but we provide the 8–12 week timeframe just in case there are any delays during manufacturing, shipping, or customs.

This year we also gave everyone 4 weeks of teasers and previews before pre-orders even opened, so our community had plenty of notice and time to save if they wanted to secure one of the limited-edition items.

As a small business, pre-orders allow us to offer a large range of colours, sizes and products without carrying huge amounts of stock.

We appreciate your patience and support. Every order helps us continue building the On2Crew community and bringing you quality gear. 🧡💙
