Max has bought down his gq td42 for a tune after rebuilding the old silvertop to td-t specs the United Fuel Injection 200hp pump was sent down to bsp with the injectors to make sure everything was right prior the assembly and to our disappointment they wound the fuel screw way out and severely “de tuned” it in a very frustrating way. ( we always recommend to just not run the boost compensator hose to not mess with the fuelling to do the initial run-in then let us sort our the fuelling once its on the dyno, so there was quite a bit of mucking around getting it working exactly the way it should. Its a ufi 18g on a Tillix Performance and Tuning low mount manifold and a custom water to air intercooler. As arrived it made 107kw and 325nm to now
Making 144kw and 475nm now the fuelling is correct have a look at that torque curve from 1400rpm all the way to 3,600rpm! 🕺🏼💃🏼

Happy Wednesday morning everyone! 🕺🏼 jacks bought in his gu td42t for a decent list of maintenance work today! United Fuel Injection upgraded clutch, genuine rear main / sump gaskets with genuine clutch fork and gearstick rubbers Patrolapart & Navaraparts brass gearstick bush upgrade kit with new gearbox mounts and gear shifter rubbers in the floor all parts were purchased from patrolapart!

New engine mounts and gearbox done and dusted on jesse’s gu only major headache someone previously had stripped the 10x1.5 bolts that secure the gearbox mounts on and we had to drill and tap them out to a larger coarser 7/16 bolt, these are one of the bolts we highly recommended you dont “ugga dugga” as we have come across alot over the years with the threads stripped.

SJ Differentials & Mechanical have bought down a customer of theres gu td42t patrol in for a tune after they installed a United Fuel Injection 21l turbo it already had the snorkel / airbox / front mount intercooler and an unknown 12mm pump jessy had advised on the drive down the fuelling was a complete mess with how sooty it was. Once we got it on the dyno and gave it a run we were shocked to see the afrs off boost were in fact 11:5-12:0 completely smoking itself out on the dyno. Being an unknown 2nd hand pump we had worked out someone had wound the fuel screw to the moon 🌙 with quite alot of work getting the fuelling and fuel pin working correctly we were able to fix the horrendous off boost soot and were able to get better torque and power on less boost too! As arrived 148kw and 660nm to 158kw and 675nm.
Please note 🎵 this didn’t have a working tacho and we have estimated the rpm!

Good morning! Jacks bought back in his gu td42 patrol to start getting through the maintenance list from our previous inspection, it absolutely blows our mind people forget these patrols are all well over 20 years now and nothing lasts forever when it comes to engine mounts / suspension bushes / body mounts etc we are doing a full genuine set of engine mounts and gearbox mounts from Patrolapart & Navarapart and this will absolutely drive smoother without broken / sagged mounts! Remember to keep up the inspections and maintenance, broken engine mounts lead to super fast fan blade deletes and radiator / radiator shroud deletes! 🕺🏼

Happy Monday everyone 🕺🏼 cal’s bought down his gu td42 for pump timing / pump set up and tune 🎶 after installing a Clive Ireland 135cc pump Radius Fabrication high mount merge manifold with a United Fuel Injection 18g turbo cal’s gone and installed a Turbosmart external gate as he wanted to run an external screamer pipe! it has a High Performance Diesel top mount intercooler with a black mamba ls1 panel filter airbox and 4” snorkel.
We had to carry out static timing ⏱️ adjustment as the “10mm allen key trick” left timing at well over 1.20 which is absolutely way too high and set it back to where it should be at .68 after initial runs we had noted very quickly the pumps fuelling was extremely spicy 🌶️ so once we corrected the the fuelling it had absolutely no issues in making 145kw and 550nm at the wheels 🛞

Happy friday b**r enthusiasts 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🕺🏼💃🏼🕺🏼 fynn’s bought back his gu after doing a big trip and decided to get some more 🌶️ from his set up. Its a United Fuel Injection 18g turbo demon 😈 airbox Cross Country 4x4 Intercoolers intercooler and fuel supplied by the one and only JH Hilux with there “ti masters” modified 11mm pump and injectors. Previous tune was 103kw and 380nm to now making 142kw and 485nm! Thats a 39kw and 105nm gain at the wheels and that b**r 🍻 pumps still got plenty of shims in it to make even more power 🥳 🕺🏼💃🏼🕺🏼 **renthusiast

Just another reminder when booking your vehicle in for a tune 🎶 30,000km overdue since last service from a workshop, blown lh rear axel seal and rh rear pads gone metal to metal destroying the rotor with a list of bad oil leaks and other issues means your vehicle needs major maintenance first prior anything else! Please take more pride with your vehicle and we consistently tell everyone if you don’t know the condition it’s in getting us to carry out a vehicle inspection on the hoist first is well worth it. We don’t do half-ass work nor half-ass tunes. Rocking up with half-ass cars wastes our time and yours. Eastern Auto Tech had advised us they already gave the customer a huge list of repairs when they had it over 2 years ago and a quick look over has shown none had yet to be done!!!

Coopers bought back in his gu patrol after we did quite a bit of work to it months ago and did a very safe tune and he has been having the time of his life over in w.a with his boat! Now he has returned he really wanted that 200hp and this had absolutely no issues in achieving it its a 200hp 11mm United Fuel Injection turbo big front mount intercooler kit and a Torqued Up turbo with a patroldocta airbox and custom snorkel. From when we previously tuned it was a super safe 128kw and 450nm to now making 154kw and 505nm at the wheels 🛞 🕺🏼

Callums bought down his gq nissan patrol for a tune 🎶 its got a United Fuel Injection 16g turbo with a top mount intercooler and a patroldocta 4” airbox / snorkel and an unknown 11mm pump. As arrived it made 97kw and 380nm to it now making 122kw and 475nm at the wheels 🛞 a nice 25kw and 95nm gain! 🕺🏼
