An important safety update for NEWGEN Caravans owners

We have issued a voluntary safety recall on certain caravan models. We know news like this is never welcome, so we want to make it as simple and stress-free as possible.

Here's what matters most:

- It is a voluntary recall. We have chosen to act because your safety comes first.

- If your caravan is on the recall list, the replacement of the gas regulator is free of charge.

- Owners who are a part of the recall are being contacted directly.

This voluntary recall affects various models produced between 31 May 2024 to 26 January 2026 and fitted with RV-One branded LPG gas pressure regulators. It has been identified that the pressure regulator can develop a failure of its internal diaphragm. When the diaphragm fails, the RV-One HDJYF1001-1 regulator can leak LPG.
