Aleks brought us his Blue meanie VK in for electrical issues, and a fuel surge and fuel boiling issues.

This LS conversion had the wrong fuel delivery and return system, also the fuel lines plumbed next to the extractors and the heat shield and heat tape burnt through nearly causing a major fuel leak, lt could have been a fireball waiting to happen.
Also the fuel tank breather hoses kinked etc, also running a corvette factory return fuel filter set up not ideal.

We removed the fuel delivery and ran two new line on the outside of the chassis away from heat, -8 delivery and -6 return from a regulatory set up front, so the hot fuel return to tank to circulate cold fuel back up front. Also with correct fuel pressure no more surging issues or boiling fuel issues

Jordan HSV Clubby in for a rear main seal replacement.
Upon removal we found the rear plate has been reused and s**t loads of silicon applied 🤦‍♂️ and also broken sump bolt.
Cleaned up and fitted a GM rear Plate, also replaced the sump bolt all bolts torque to spec.

Carmelo brought us his VF wagon in, as he believes that his previous service provider has never done Trans service or Diff flush.
Well he fussed correct the differential oil was black as, so was the transmission oil.
So we performed service, trans service and a diff fluid change and coolant flush
Also we find the cabin filter the wrong way around.

Ben’s LS1 had welsh plugs and head gasket leaking, that was a good excuse to do a cam upgrade.
Well to our surprise we needed to completely strip this LS1 as the cam bearings were shot, so new cam bearing, and the cam upgrade commence to build this Dailey street car. We choose a cam that didn’t require a stall converter but had a good rock & roll when bum in seat and nice note out the back. Well this LS1 got 400 rear wheel HP.
