We are currently looking for two employees, a qualified mechanic and a tyre fitter / sales.



About the roleโ€™s

Smithfield Automotive is excited to offer another position of a mechanic within our company. Below are a few tasks that you would be required to do but not limited to:

Mechanical
- Complete thorough vehicle servicing and repairs
- Diagnostic work to determine faults
- Air conditioning
- Work on all makes and models

Tyres
- Extensive knowledge in the tyre industry
- Sales experience
- Able to perform wheel alignments and fit tyre's


About You

- Qualified motor mechanic / technician
- Experience within tyre industry is preferred but not essential
- MUST have your own tools
- MUST hold current open, manual driver's license
- Be able to follow instructions and work in a team, as well as individually.
- Knowledge and compliance with work health and safety practices.
- Excellent time management skills

Smithfield Automotive is an approved inspection station with two approved/qualified examiners. In the inspection our examiners will conduct a thorough check on the vehicle, to determine if it passes or fails as per the safety standards.
