With a steel framed false floor with a rubber mat top, 2 x drawers out the rear door to store and protect tools and bulky items and 2 bays of Vas racking for easy access and storage of parts and consumables fitted to the drivers side with the 2nd bay of racking cut down to suit fitment on the false floor.

Custom fit to a new shape 2026 Renault Master LWB
12mm ply floor with rubber mat flat side up, steel strip edge at sliding and rear doors to hold down the mat and 12mm ply sides floor to roof height to protect the van side walls from any potential dents while transporting tyres on the go.
This fit-out was for a local tyre business to pick up and deliver tyres around the Brisbane area.

A custom build on a VW T5 Tranporter.
Vehicle has been fitted with a ply floor, marine carpet floor mat, full ply sides, ply to the sliding door and rear door with boxed in wheel arches all carpet covered including the existing hoodling with the addition of 2 x 60cm led lights. We also mounted the vacuum, hose reel and blower supplied by the customer by fabricating and bracing the mounts behind the ply sides to ensure these remain secured. Our customer is a car detailer who wanted to transform his van into a fully self sufficient mobile workshop.

A custom build on a Hiace Crew Van.
Workbench at rear door with a hinged/lift up middle section with a splash back and carpet covered top sitting on a Vas 4 drawer system on passenger and drivers side rear.
Vas racking to driver and passenger side complete with bins and a custom made workbench between vas shelving units behind 2nd row seat.
This fitout was for a locksmith to enable him to do onsite fabrication while on the go and to safely store keys and tools in a secure place for easy access between jobs.

Custom build to a 2026 VW Crafter.
12mm ply floor, heavy duty rubber mat, fully insulated with ply sides and hoodlining to protect the vans internal walls from dents and scratches.
Vas racking on driver & passenger side to maximize storage efficiency with an inverter and a dual battery system for charging equipment and accessories while on the go.
Checker plate aluminium strip on the rear bumper for protection when loading and unloading bulky items.
This fit out was for a Property Maintenance Company to provide a fully functional mobile workspace making it easy to store, protect and access tools and equipment while on the job.

A custom build to a SWB Sprinter High Roof.
This custom fit-out was for a cleaning and restoration company who required specific heights to store their machinery for onsite use. We lined the lower panels with ply, fully sealed at floor level and around wheel arch, rhino lining over lower ply panels and floor for chemical and moisture resistance.
Heavy duty custom racking, mesh panel end with hooks for hanging at the sliding door and full mesh sides from floor to roof on the driver and passenger side for securing and protection.

Custom build to a VW Crafter.
Heavy duty steel framed false floor carpet covered with dual drawers out rear door, dual drawers out of the lefthand sliding door with heavy duty rubber mat and ply sides from floor to roof height.
This custom build was for a plumber who wanted to optimize his cargo space, prevent stock from moving around during transit and to safely store his heavy duty power tools while on the go between jobs.
The steel framed false floor was made to carry bulky items, hot water systems & large tool boxes.
