Radiator from an air compressor. The original core which was an automotive style core, was falling apart from the vibration & leaking. No problem, we have fitted a heavy duty core with corner header plate reinforcement. We challenge the machine to destroy this one 💪

Simple answer is yes! I have been doing them for 31 years and the business itself, at least 50 years (I'm currently trying to find out when SRS was established) but I know it's been around a long time & in that time has been locally owned and operated. Support a local & not an interstate owned company. Just like this customer who needs this D11R Mesabi radiator fully serviced. Thank you we appreciate the job very much 👍

Another expensive aluminium A/C pipe, this one off a Prado. This time around poor customer was looking at $1000 for a new one 🤑🤮 No problem, we brazed up the hole & pressure tested it. For mere peanuts 🥜

That's the world's most expensive aluminium you're looking at there 🤑 Customer came in with this A/C high pressure side pipe that had a couple of abrasion holes worn into it that were leaking. He was quoted $500 for a new pipe.....😵....No worries we brazed the holes up & pressure tested it for a saving of $450 dollars.
Don't forget we also repair all kinds of A/C components brass, copper & aluminium 👍

Nice little job for an FC with a 186 engine. We squeezed in a 3 row 57mm core to replace an old tractor style core that had been fitted previously. It all bolts up the same & maintains that original look but will keep the FC cool on those hot days 👍

Bloody eBay chinese-ium crap. Original motorcycle radiator (the black one) is unrepairable due to corrosion leaks. Owner brings in this eBay one that is not even close to fitting. We won't be helping to make it fit either....Why? Because the eBay one has 10 less tubes & 7 fins per inch less....Did someone say "overheating"!? Not to mention the holes in the tanks for the inlet & outlet don't even line up with the fittings, so flow restrictions galore 🤦

Chinese eBay VK V8 radiator complete with banana bend in the core (hasn't even been fitted & pressurised). 40mm thick core (good quality aluminium cores for V8s are minimum 56mm). Then to top it off it doesn't fit properly (inlet/outlet fittings are straight & not curved per OEM so hoses don't line up). Customer gave us a visit & told us his predicament. He had a 6cyl VL radiator laying around which we re-cored & converted to suit the VK V8 configuration correctly! 👍

1971 Maserati Indy radiator & oil cooler. Now you don't see one of these every day. We are so glad we could save the original parts. The radiator is built like a tank & would probably cool said tank 😁 Serviced & overhauled both. The radiator gave us a bit of a fight but we got there in the end.

After a busy week.....this one is a Monday problem! Oil cooler with a corroded outer aluminium housing. Another part not...
