The right pad.
The right compound.
The right machine speed.

Get those three things right, and the result can be profound.

This half-and-half bonnet is after just one heavy cutting stage.

It still needs refining to remove the haze and defects created by an aggressive cut, but the difference already speaks for itself.

This is why proper paint correction takes time.

Rush the machine speed and the compound won’t work properly. Build too much heat and you create more problems than you solve. Use the wrong pad, apply the wrong pressure, or fail to assess the paint properly and the entire process suffers.
