Business Update:

A short note of thanks to all that have passed through our doors over the last 27 years. It has been our privilege to serve you and maintain your vehicles, some for this whole time.

In April this year we decided to bring this very large chapter of our lives to a close and move towards a little more flexible work/life balance and with this we have now permanently closed the doors on Expressway Automotive.

We are so pleased to have been a part of the very special national network of independent experts that is Repco Authorised Service and we are equally pleased that our long serving, loyal permanent staff have also found new homes within this great group of workshops.

We trust you will find that same level of service or better at one of these great Repco workshops nearby, next time you’re in need.

Malcolm will continue on with Scooter Care, his mobility sales and service business of many years to keep him busy enough and once again thanks goes to everyone who has supported us along the way.

Reminder: We are closed this Thursday only for Australia's National Day of Mourning for Queen Elizabeth II.

As a young princess our queen took up tools as a mechanic and driver in WWII, on this day we put ours down to remember our monarch.

If you are a confident and talented tradesperson who has strong diagnostic skills and enjoys working on a broad range of vehicles then this position is for you. No weekend work required. 19/11/2020 UPDATE:
Vehicle repair and mechanical services have now been added to the list of essential services allowed to operate in our community.

We are pleased to be able to continue to operate and assist our clients to maintain their ability to access essential services but will be screening all clients before arrival.

Please ensure you have made contact by telephone with us before arriving at the workshop.

We will be assisting clients in a priority manner and we will again make contact with current bookings to discuss their needs individually in advance.

As always if you have any symptoms of poor health or have recently been in a hotspot location or in contact with someone who may have been please do not visit us and seek testing.

Confirming we will be closed until further notice as per the SA Government Covid-19 Circuit Breaker restrictions. We are not currently classified as a critical service provider and as such are required to stay home, we will update this notification as soon as changes are announced.
Please take care of yourselves and those closest to you, lets all follow the requirements in place and get back to "normal" as soon as possible.

Now school is back and we are seeing increasing traffic through the shop and on Seaford Road again you can rest assured we are still strictly adhering to all protective procedures put in place for Covid-19. We now also have COVIDSafe running in reception at all times to deliver the next level of safety to clients and staff. Thank you to all our customers for their support through this challenging time.
