So close!

Just as we were about to get the boat back on the water, we found a cracked weld on the freshly painted door hinge, this hinge that's always been a problem child as it was weld it in an slight angle.

Looks like it's time to improve the design and make it proper once and for all. The downside? More grinding with some mods to the this back in place, and more paint. The upside? Hopefully we only have to do it once!
