So we get asked this all the time about automatic transmission oil when should it be changed……In every service we carry out we check it as many manufacturers don’t specify a time but when it’s black it’s the sign it’s been over worked and needs to be changed. We have the latest computerised machine to flush the whole system as many people only drop the transmission pan replace the filter and refill with what was drained out but they don’t tell you there is in many cases another 8 ltrs of black oil stuck in the gearbox so total waste of ur money we use the same machine that the professional transmission rebuild shops use so call us on 94960050 for a quote to do it properly

Well today we had a vf commodore v6 came in with various engine codes and a bad missfire. This vehicle had been repaired elsewhere prior to us getting the car for further investigation. After getting all the fault codes and going back to basics as in brain usage we found the issue and fixed it and yep one very happy customer .

So this one sent me a curved ball on road test prior to service heard an underlying noise and vibration vehicle was a 2017 holden Colorado. Got back to the shop noted bad tyre scalloping and made us think this was the noise etc. nope on the service we found this the right front cv shaft locates through a needle bearing that apparently collapses and causes this issue only when ordering the parts to fix it we get told this is a common issue with this vehicle now
