As we grow globally as the world's leader of 4x4 Bus Conversions, it's always rewarding to remember that our ever-expanding business started right here in Brisbane.

We specialise in converting and buses, for private and business use across the globe, from Antarctica to Dubai, and of course, all across Australia.

Working with these Toyota models means parts for our converted buses are easily available. Nothing proprietorial that you have to wait weeks or even months to get before repairing your bus.

It's one of our mantras - to keep doing better, making life easier for our customers, and being able to proudly stand behind our product, and we've been doing it since 2012.

Proudly Australian owned and Australian made, with true blue Australian integrity at heart.

There's something special about working with people who genuinely love what they do.

For this member, joining Bus 4x4 was a pretty natural fit.

He's got a passion for cars, four wheel driving and camping, which meant that working with vehicles built for Australia's toughest adventures was exactly where he wanted to be.

When you work with him, you can expect someone who's approachable, professional and always happy to help, whether you're buying your first vehicle or adding to an existing fleet.

And if he could point a Bus 4x4 anywhere tomorrow?

The Kimberley, without hesitation.

Remote tracks, incredible gorges, swimming holes and some of Australia's best scenery. Sounds like the perfect road trip to us, listening to tunes like:.

• Runnin' Down a Dream – Tom Petty
• Life is a Highway – Tom Cochrane
• Don't Stop Me Now – Queen

The fact that he spends a lot of his spare time researching Australia's best road trips and 4WD destinations means he brings a lot of knowledge to our team.

Thanks for being part of the team!

That’s a wrap on CAA Congress 2026 The Council of Ambulance Authorities, where we recently spent a big few days in Canberra, catching up with ambulance and emergency services people from across Australia and New Zealand.

Including a visit to Parliament house, which was actually fantastic...

When you look at the numbers around ambulances, it gives you a bit of perspective around how much we all depend on our first responders and their equipment, including their vehicles.

For the 2024/25 FY, we can see these numbers from the Australian Productivity Commission

- 5.9 million ambulance responses across Australia
- 4.5 million incidents
- 4.3 million patients assessed, treated or transported
- 26,603 registered paramedics

Lots of kilometres travelled, and all our communities relying on help from the right people, and the right gear.

This is where it gets interesting for us, and why we have started to make considerable inroads into this industry, including with the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia

Our big country doesn't always have big, smooth, bitumen roads.

In fact, many of them are pretty much the opposite.

It was exciting to talk to the people that dropped by the stand (thank you!) and think about where the future lies for accessing remote and rough terrain with the latest ambulance equipment.

Thanks to the Council of Ambulance Authorities for putting on another cracking Congress.

See you next year.

When this emergency services organisation was looking for remote area patient transport, they looked at several options.
