Some of the process on producing a new set of front multi leaf spring packs to prevent breaking leaves, also to steady up body roll.

Giving this bus a thicker material leaves lifts the front up nice. Also has given a better drive / stability on our Tasmanian roads.

Fitted with some new multi-leaf spring packs
& heavy duty shock absorbers, top it off
With a front end wheel alignment

Gained that inch or two in front end height by
Converting from parabolic to multi-leaf
Far more clearance for that onsite works etc

Camel Back Macks

A repair we done last week.

We see very few of these nowadays the last one Auspring repaired was around 4 years ago.

This size spring steel is kinda scarce these days however we are working to source more to keep these old beast’s tracking.
